Technologies are becoming more and more advanced, regulations are stronger and stricter, competition is getting tougher and professional behaviours and values are evolving significantly with a consequent impact on working methods and conditions.
If someone is in a process of reflection or professional repositioning, the question of employability in such an environment becomes central. It will then be necessary to analyse and know whether the professional and technical, personal and social skills are in line with the requirements and expectations of the labour market.
