«By joining hands, we build bridges.»

Lilli U. Kreßner, Writer, poet, newspaper columnist

The year 2024 is here and we wish you a happy, successful and above all healthy new year!

The “Golden Bridge” in the Truong Son Mountains in Vietnam is a spectacular work of art, a pedestrian bridge held up by two gigantic hands. A magical place.

Bridges connect, they overcome borders and obstacles, open up paths to new things, sometimes lead into the unknown, they offer an opportunity to pause and are a symbol of transition. Above all, they connect people with each other, in love, in relationships, in everyday life, in working life. They promote dialogue and coexistence between different peoples, cultures and ideas. The British musician Elton John once said „It‘s better to build a bridge than a wall“.

However, bridges can also be demolished or even destroyed. In times when wars, climate catastrophes, political instability, inflation, digitalisation and the shortage of qualified workers are dominating the news, it is important to build bridges and create connections, to meet people, to take time for a good conversation and a mutual exchange.

Companies, managers and collaborators will also face major challenges in 2024. We will be supporting you in the new year with passion and commitment and reaching out our hands to you.

We wish you a 2024 full of bridges and new connections, bold ideas and decisions, and the courage to eventually take a new path.

Many thanks for your trust, the excellent collaboration and the quality of our discussions.
